Reset "get ready" timer upon entering the get-ready state #25

When restarting after a game-over, the timer is still finished so the scene flashes for just a frame before going straight to game play.

Since the timer is a Resource, it sticks around after the rest of the scene is torn down. I need to either reset the timer or convert it to a Component so it gets re-initialized on state change.
